Any Questions?

What excursions are available?

An individual tour will be organized by a guide especially for you and your group. When booking an individual tour, you determine the time convenient for you from the guide’s schedule.
Group tour assumes participation of other tourists. Excursions take place according to the schedule made by the guide.
Mini-groups are created under the same conditions as group tours, but the maximum number of participants is 10 people.

How to book a tour?

Place your order online:
– select the excursion you want to go on;
– specify your contacts in the booking form;
– click “Submit”.

If you still have questions about the excursion, ask the guide in the comments to the order (usually guides respond within 2-4 hours). After the guide confirms the order, you can pay for it.

How to communicate with the guide and ask him/her questions?

You can ask questions in the comments section of your order. Guides usually respond within 2-4 hours.

How payment is made?

Payment is done in one step: you give the guide cash or pay by card during a face-to-face meeting.

Where does the tour start?

The approximate meeting place is indicated on the tour description page. We will send you the exact meeting place by e-mail

What time does the tour start?

Group excursions are conducted according to the schedule developed by the guide. Select the appropriate date on the tour calendar to find out the start time. You also have the option to select a start time for a personalized tour. Once you have determined the appropriate date on the calendar, you will be shown the available time range.

What if we want to go on a field trip and the day is busy?

Unavailable dates in the guide’s calendar mean that the guide is not giving a tour on that day or that date/time has already been booked by other participants.
We recommend to choose a free day in the calendar or see other guides’ tours.

What if our group is larger than what is listed on the tour?

If the number of people in your group is larger than the tour description indicates, you can check with the guide to see if he or she can increase the number of participants for your company.
